SILKY EGG CUSTARD PIE 
1 pie shell (unbaked)
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
4 eggs, added one at a time
1 can Eagle Brand milk
2 c. warm milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Nutmeg (if desired)

Cream butter and sugar. Mix in remaining ingredients. Put into pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, then reduce to 325 degrees and bake for 25 minutes. Remove from oven. It will be shimmy in the center.
