CREAM PUFFS 
2 bags Stella Doro Anginetti Cookies, sliced in 1/2
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
Small can crushed pineapple, really drained

Whip cream cheese until smooth. Stir in Cool Whip vigorously. Stir in drained pineapple until smooth and thick. One teaspoon of mixture for each cookie. Refrigerate.
