TWICE COOKED POTATOES 
8 lg. potatoes
10 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. butter
Salt and pepper
Paprika

Boil 8 large potatoes and mash add 10 ounce cream cheese and 1/2 cup sour cream. Add butter, salt and pepper. Add milk if too thick. Cover and set overnight.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with additional butter and paprika.
