MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE | |
Cake: 1 box yellow cake mix 4 eggs 1/2 c. vegetable oil 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges with juice Mix all ingredients for cake together with a mixer for 2 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 cake pan. Bake at 350°F for about 40 minutes. Check with toothpick. It sometimes takes longer. Cool completely and frost. Frosting: 12 oz. cool whip 20 oz can crushed pineapple with juice 1 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding Mix together the ingredients for frosting by hand. Frost cake. Store in the refrigerator before serving. |
