TEMPURA FISH 
White fish fillets

BATTER:

Mix: 1 c. water 1 egg 1 tsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. baking powder Dash of salt

Wash boneless fish. Cut in approximately 2 x 2 inch pieces. Dip in batter. Fry until lightly brown at 375 degrees in oil at least 2 inches deep if possible. May serve with soy sauce or teriyaki sauce.
