GLORIOUS MASHED POTATOES 
3 lg. potatoes
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter, softened
1/4 c. sour cream
1 (3 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese with chives
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. snipped fresh and freeze dried chives

Cook potatoes. Then mash with milk. Mix in butter, sour cream, and cheese until well blended. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with chives. Serves 4.
