ROMAINIAN STYLE CHEESE PASTRY | |
2 pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls 2 (8 oz.) pkg. of cream cheese 1 c. sugar 1 egg yolk 1 tsp. vanilla Line a 9 x 13 inch pan (ungreased) with 1 package of crescent rolls. Cream together cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk and vanilla and spread the mix on rolls. Top with second package of rolls. Mix together and sprinkle this mixture on top: 1/2 c. flour 1/4 c. butter 1/4 c. powdered sugar Baking instructions: Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, then at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cool. Cut when cool. Store in the refrigerator. |
