MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 c. oil
4 eggs
1 c. mandarin oranges (do not drain)

Mix above ingredients.

Bake at 325°F for 40 to 45 minutes.

Frosting:

8 oz. carton Cool Whip, thawed
1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 small can crushed pineapple, do not drain

Mix frosting ingredients; spread evenly on cake. Refrigerate.
