MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines butter cake mix
1/2 c. cooking oil
4 eggs
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges (undrained)

Beat cake mix, oil, eggs, and oranges for 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour into three 9-inch cake pans. (Line the bottom with wax paper and spray sides and bottom with no-stick cooking spray.)

Bake at 325°F for 25 to 30 minutes or until done. Cool completely before frosting.

Frosting:

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
1 (3 oz.) pkg instant vanilla pudding
8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
8 oz. Cool Whip

Spread on cooled cake. Refrigerate.
