MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines 2 layer Deluxe Butter Cake Mix
1 c. vegetable oil
1 (11 oz.) can of manderin oranges, chopped. Save juice
4 large eggs

FILLING1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding1 (20 oz.) can of crushed pineapple8 oz. (3 1/2 c.) Frozen whipped topping:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 3, 8 inch round cake pans. In mixing bowl combine cake mix, oil and eggs beat thoroughly. Beat in manderin oranges and juice. Divide into prepared pans. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pans for 10 minutes. Turn out and cool on racks. For filling combine instant pudding with pineapple and its juice in mixing bowl. Fold in whipped topping. Chill until time to serve.
