MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 cup oil
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 cans mandarin oranges and juice

Frosting:

16 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 3-1/4 oz. instant vanilla pudding
9 oz. cool whip

Mix first 4 ingredients well. Fold in oranges and juice. Pour into 3 greased and floured 8 inch round cake pans.

Bake at 350°F 15-20 minutes. Cool before frosting.

Combine undrained pineapple with pudding. Fold in cool whip. Frost cooled cake and fill between layers also. Chill overnight.
