FOUR FRUIT JAM 
4 lg. oranges
1 lg. grapefruit
3 med. size lemons
8 bananas
5 c. water

Peel and slice or dice the citrus fruit (save juices but discard seeds), peel and slice bananas next (so they won't darken). In large saucepan combine the fruit and juice and sugar. Cook over medium heat, uncovered to the right consistency (about 40 minutes), stir constantly. Pour into warm jars and seal tightly.
