FRESH CORN AND TOMATO BAKE 
1 sm. green pepper
2 1/2 c. whole kernel corn
2 1/2 c. sliced fresh tomatoes
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. coarsely crumbled crackers
3 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Remove seeds from green pepper and chop fine. Combine all ingredients but cheese. Pour into a buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
