STIR FRIED CABBAGE 
2 tbsp. reduced calorie butter
2/3 c. sliced celery
2 c. shredded cabbage
1/2 c. chopped green bell pepper
1/3 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. soy sauce
Dash pepper

Heat butter in skillet. Add celery and cook for 2 minutes. Add cabbage, bell pepper and onion. Cook until vegetables are tender. Add soy sauce and pepper; cook for 1 minute.
