STIR FRY CABBAGE 
1 head green cabbage, shredded
2 tbsp. bacon drippings
1 c. thin diagonally sliced celery
1/2 c. shredded carrots
1 sm. red onion, thinly sliced
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Heat oil in skillet. Add vegetables and stir. Cover and steam about 20 minutes or until crisp and tender. Add seasoning.
