RASPBERRY JELLO MOLD | |
1 lg. pkg. raspberry Jello 1 1/2 c. boiling water 12 ice cubes 4 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese (lite can be used) 1 c. mayonnaise (lite can be used) 1 env. Knox gelatin (mixed according to pkg. directions) 1 pkg. fresh or frozen raspberries 1-2 tbsp. grated orange rind Add boiling water to Jello; mix. Then add ice cubes until dissolved. This quickens jelling process. Add cream cheese with electric mixer, then add mayonnaise and mix thoroughly. Add Knox prepared gelatin mix. (Add Knox to every gelatin recipe to assure a firm gelatin mold.) Fold in raspberries. Add grated orange rind. NOTE: For a large ring mold, use 2 large packages Jello and 1 large package cream cheese. |
