2/3 c. pecans 2 c. sugar 2 c. flour (all-purpose) 2 eggs 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. baking soda 1 lg. can crushed pineapple with juice Mix all ingredients together well and bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. FROSTING: 1 stick butter 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 box powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 2/3 c. pecans (optional) |
