SWEDISH TEA CAKES 
1 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans

Cream the butter, powdered sugar and vanilla. Blend in flour, salt and nuts until dough holds together. Make into 1-inch balls. Place on greased cookie sheets and bake 15-20 minutes until set, not brown. Cool slightly and roll in powdered sugar. Cool completely and roll in powdered sugar again. Makes 50 cookies.
