SWEDISH APPLE CAKE

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs

Mix above together. Sift: 3/4 tsp. baking soda

Add: 4 c. chopped apples 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix all together and bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Add topping and bake 15 more minutes.

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. milk

Combine.
