CHEESE CANDY 
1 can condensed milk (Eagle Brand)
3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients in a small, heavy saucepan and cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, until you see the bottom of the pan as you stir. Let it cool enough to be able to roll in balls about the size of a marble with your buttered hands. Then roll in granulated sugar and garnish with a golden raisin.

NOTE: If after this has cooled, you find it is too thin to roll...it CAN be put back on the stove and cooked longer.
