PEANUTTY CANDY 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows
2 c. dry roasted peanuts

Melt chocolate chips. Add sweetened condensed milk and butter. Pour over miniature marshmallows and peanuts. Refrigerate for 2 hours, pour into 9 x 13 inch pan lined with wax paper.
