CHEESE GRITS CASSEROLE 
4 c. water
1 c. grits
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. butter
1 roll garlic cheese
1 c. grated sharp cheese
2 eggs
Milk

Bring water to boil. Add grits and salt, cook until thick. Add Worcestershire sauce, butter and cheeses to hot grits. Stir to slightly melt cheese. Break eggs into measuring cup and lightly beat. Fill the cup with enough milk to make 1 cup. Add to grits mixture. Pour into casserole dish.

Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. About 5 minutes before removing from oven, sprinkle sharp cheese over top. Return to oven until cheese melts.
