3 c. all-purpose flour
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. vanilla (or) almond extract
2 tbsp. vinegar
3/4 c. Puritan Canola Oil

1. Mix all the above ingredients in the pan you are going to use (2 eight pans or one large rectangular one). No need to grease the pan.

2. Create a well in the center of the mixture and pour in 2 cups of water. Mix again. The batter should be lumpy.

3. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
