3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. vinegar
2/3 c. Puritan oil
2 c. cold water

Combine all ingredients. Bake in greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Batter may seem thin. Frost with favorite icing.
