Mix together:

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. oil
2 c. cold water

Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
