1 stick butter
1 lb. box confectioners' sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix butter, cocoa and milk in saucepan. Heat on low until hot but DO NOT BOIL. Remove from heat, add sugar and vanilla. Mix well. Frost cake as soon as removed from oven.
