1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients except vanilla and cook until thick. Add vanilla. Spread on warm cake. Top with nuts and/or coconut if desired.
