WACKY CAKE WITH BROWN SUGAR
FROSTING
 
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. baking cocoa
1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. water
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. vinegar

Combine dry ingredients. Mix in remaining ingredients. Bake in 9 x 13 inch baking dish for 35 minutes at 350 degrees.

FROSTING:

In small saucepan melt 1/3 cup butter. Add 1/2 cup brown sugar (not packed). Bring to low boil. Remove from heat and add 2 tablespoons milk. Beat in powdered sugar to desired consistency. (If too thick, add small amount of hot milk to thin.) Frost cake immediately, sets up quickly.
