"PHILLY" VELVET CREAM CAKE 
1 1/2 c. finely crushed Nabisco Famous Chocolate Wafers
1/3 c. melted butter
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, separated
6 oz. semi - sweet chocolate bits, melted
1 c. whipping cream
3/4 c. chopped pecans

For crust, combine crushed wafer and melted butter; press into bottom of spring form pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 10 minutes. For cake, beat egg white until stiff, gradually add sugar. Beat egg yolks and add melted chocolate bits. Fold in egg whites; fold in whipped cream and pecans. Pour into crust and freeze. Before serving, cut while frozen.
