HOT ROLLS 
3 c. warm water
2 pkg. dry yeast
2/3 c. dry milk
2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. melted butter
3 tsp. salt
3 eggs
9 c. flour

Put water in large mixer bowl. Add yeast and dissolve. Start mixer on low speed; add milk, sugar, butter, salt and eggs. Mix well. Add 4 cups flour, beat at medium speed for 5 minutes. Add remaining 5 cups flour. Mix well. Refrigerate 24 hours.

Knead individually into small balls. Let rise until double, about 1 1/2 hours. Do not let them over rise. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 375 degrees until brown. Makes 3 dozen.
