SOUTHERN PECAN PIE | |
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter 1 c. dark brown sugar, packed 4 eggs 1 c. dark corn syrup 1 tsp. vanilla Pinch of salt Pecan halves Cream butter and sugar until thoroughly softened. Beat in eggs. Add vanilla, salt, and corn syrup. Top with pecans. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 40 minutes or until crust browns and filling is set. |
