WHITE SAUCE OR CHEESE SAUCE 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk

Melt butter on full power 40 to 45 seconds to melt. Stir in flour with butter. Add salt and blend to smooth paste. Gradually add milk. Cook on level 8 for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes until thickened. Stir every 30 seconds. For cheese sauce, add grated or Velveeta cheese cubes.
