AMANDA'S FAVORITE POTATOES 
2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt & pepper
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 chopped onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 c. butter
2 c. mashed corn flakes

Mix all the ingredients together. Put them in a large pan. Then melt the 1/4 cup butter in a fry pan and add corn flakes until corn flakes are moist. Then top the potatoes with the corn flakes and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
