ORIENTAL STIR FRY 
1 lb. pork, beef, chicken or fish balls
1 c. carrots, chopped
3/4 c. celery, chopped
1 c. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. butter, butter or Wesson oil
6-8 c. rice noodles or rice
1-2 tbsp. soy sauce or fish sauce
1/2 c. cashews or almonds; optional

Start with 2 tablespoons of oil, butter, melt slowly in wok or large fry pan over low heat, stir in carrots, celery, and onions. Brown beef or pork in separate pan; add meat to vegetables. Stir in soy or fish sauce to taste. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Prepare rice noodles or rice. Cashew or almonds can be added during cooking with vegetables. Pour vegetables and meat dish over rice noodles. Recipe easy to double or cut in half.
