WILD RICE CHICKEN SUPREME 
1 pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® long grain and wild rice
1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper and parsley
1 c. half and half
1 c. chicken broth
2 c. cubed cooked chicken
1/3 c. diced pimento
1/4 c. slivered almonds

Cook contents of rice package according to directions. Wile rice is coking, melt butter in large saucepan. Add onion and cook over low heat until tender. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Gradually stir in half and half and broth. Cook, stirring constantly until thick. Stir in chicken, pimento, parsley, almonds and cooked rice. Pour into a greased 2 quart casserole. Bake, uncovered at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
