APRICOT PIE 
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1 lg. can apricots, drained
1/2 pt. whipping cream
Deep dish pie crust

Mix flour and sugar together and sprinkle over apricots that have been layered in pie crust. Pour whipping cream over apricots. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Place pie tin on cookie sheet.
