RAISIN CUSTARD PIE 
2 c. rich milk
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. raisins
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 egg yolks
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Cook raisins until water is absorbed, cool. Mix sugar, cornstarch and milk. Cook 5 minutes and then add well beaten egg yolks. Put egg whites on top.
