ARIZONA DIP 
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
4 tbsp. milk
2 (2.5 oz.) dry chip beef, cut into small pieces*
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1/4 tsp. dry minced onion
1 c. chopped pecans

*Usually found near tuna in grocery store. Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine all ingredients except pecans; mix by hand. Place into a shallow baking dish; top with pecans.

Bake 20 minutes or until bubbly. Note: Taste will be better if put in fridge overnight before baking. Serve with Wheat Thins.
