ARIZONA BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 head broccoli florets
1/2 c. raisins
8 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
1/2 c. red onion, chopped
1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded (optional)

DRESSING 1:

2 tsp. vinegar
1 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. sugar

Mix dressing ahead and refrigerate. Toss with first four ingredients just before serving. Serves 4 to 6.

DRESSING 2:

1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice

Mix dressing ahead and refrigerate. Toss with broccoli, raisins, bacon, onion and cheese just before serving.
