ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
1 (8 oz.) bag nacho cheese flavored Doritos
2 to 3 lb. ground beef
2 cans mild enchilada sauce
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 to 3 c. grated cheddar cheese

Spread doritos in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Set aside. Brown and drain ground beef. Add soups and sauce to ground beef and heat. Mix well. Pour beef mixture over doritos. Pour cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts. Serve with garlic bread.
