1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. hot water
1 pkg. spinach, chopped, (10 oz.)
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. cottage cheese, large curd
1/4 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 tbsp. onion, chopped

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Chill until partially set. Add thawed raw spinach, mayonnaise, cottage cheese, vinegar, celery and onion. Pour into a dish and refrigerate until set.
