1 lg. bag Doritos
2 lbs. hamburger
1 onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can taco sauce, mild
1 can enchilada sauce, mild
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 green pepper, chopped

Brown hamburger, onion, green pepper. Combine soups (undiluted), taco sauce and enchilada sauce with hamburger mixture. Place a layer of crushed Doritos in bottom of Pyrex dish. Spoon hamburger mixture over Doritos. Layer Doritos on top of meat, then add cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
