EASY LASAGNA | |
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 1 med. onion, chopped Garlic salt to taste 1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened 1/2 c. cottage cheese 1/2 c. sour cream 1 pkg. (8 oz.) noodles, cooked and drained Parmesan cheese Brown beef and onion together, until onion is cooked but not brown. Add tomato sauce, simmer 30 minutes. Blend cream cheese, cottage cheese and sour cream together. In buttered quart casserole, make layers of noodles, cheese mixture and tomato sauce, ending with tomato sauce. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 8-10 people. To freeze - make in 2 half quart casseroles baking as above. Cool completely. Wrap for freezing and label. To serve - defrost for 1 hour and heat in oven 350 degrees until bubbly, 20-30 minutes. |
