BUTTERMILK DINNER ROLLS 
3 c. warm water
3 heaping tbsp. yeast
1 heaping tsp. salt
4 heaping tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. canola oil
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
7 c. flour (more or less)

Mix all well except flour. Add flour one cup at a time until you have a very stiff dough. Place into a large bowl and let rise until doubled. Punch down and let rise the second time. After second rise, make into rolls; place into a well oiled baking pan. Let rise until almost doubled.

Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F until golden brown.
