EASY DINNER ROLLS 
3 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. yeast
1 egg
1/4 c. butter
1 c. warm water

In large bowl, beat egg. Add sugar. Beat. Melt butter. Add. Mix yeast with 1 tablespoon warm water. Add. Stir in warm water. Add flour, one cup at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition. Cover.

Let rise in warm place until double its bulk. Punch down. Spoon into 12 or 14 greased muffin tins. Let rise until double its bulk.

Bake 400 degree oven, 10-11 minutes. After baking spread melted butter on top. Cool (about 10 minutes).

This uses the quick rise yeast. Use your dough hook. Once all is attacted to the hook you are good to let rise.
