DELICIOUS GOULASH | |
2 lb. beef stew meat, cubed 2 med. onions, sliced 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can whole tomatoes 1 pkg. beef stew seasoning mix 2 1/2 c. water 1 can tomato paste 1/2 c. sour cream (optional) Brown stew meat. Add onions, and tomatoes. Combine beef stew seasoning mix, water and tomato paste. Pour over meat. Simmer, covered for 2 hours or until meat is tender. Stir occasionally. If desired, just before serving stir in sour cream. Serve over noodles or white rice. |
