GOULASH 
1 gal. diced tomatoes
5 lbs. hamburger
2 lbs. macaroni (shells)
2 lg. onions, diced
2 lg. green peppers, diced
Seasoned salt and pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Hot sauce to taste

Saute hamburger, green peppers, and onion; cook shells according to directions on package. Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste. Add all together and heat slowly. Add hot sauce to taste. Serves 50.
