JOHN'S GOULASH 
Approximately 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
Chopped onions to taste
Cayenne pepper
Garlic salt
Season salt
Approximately 6 oz. sm. elbow macaroni
3 sm. cans tomato sauce
1 can pinto beans, drained

Use a large skillet. Brown ground beef, adding chopped onions while cooking. Drain off all grease. Lower heat to low-medium and season with cayenne, garlic salt and season salt to taste. Add 3 small cans tomato sauce and can of drained pinto beans. Simmer for about 5 to 8 minutes. Add cooked macaroni and simmer on low for about 5 minutes until ready.
