2 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 butter, softened
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chilled whipped cream
6 baskets strawberries
1 jar "Marie's strawberry glaze" or any glaze topping

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix baking mix and 1/4 cup sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly. Press firmly and evenly on bottom and up side of ungreased 12 inch pizza pan or fluted quiche pan. Bake until light brown 12 to 15 minutes. Cool. Beat cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar and vanilla on low speed until smooth. Add whipping cream, beat on medium speed until stiff peaks form. Spread over crust - arrange berries on top. Pour glaze over the top. Refrigerate 2 hours if possible. 12 to 14 servings.
