SPRING BREEZE CHEESE CAKE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip, thawed
1 graham cracker crust
Fresh strawberries

Beat softened cream cheese until smooth, gradually adding in sugar. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Fold in Cool Whip, blending well. Spoon into graham cracker crust. (For a change of flavor try the chocolate Ready crust.) Chill until set, at least 4 hours. Garnish with fresh strawberries or any fruit you like.
